Balsamic vinegar from the Mussini family in Modena - 5 golden medals is produced using the traditional family method, using only musts from selected grapes, cooked over an open fire, and then mixed with the best well-aged (mature) wine vinegar. It has a syrupy consistency, a dark and glossy color, and a pleasant sweet and sour taste. A balanced and well-structured aromatic balsamic vinegar with hints of plum and vanilla.
