The Tea of Teas. This fine, green powder from organic cultivation is used for the traditional preparation of the Japanese tea ceremony.
To prepare this tea, place one teaspoon of Matcha in a bowl, add freshly boiled and cooled water, and whisk with a special bamboo whisk. A blend of delicate aromas, which despite its powdered structure, have a surprisingly soft note, characterize the Matcha powder from Gyokuro leaves.
