INGREDIENTS: reduced chicken stock (water, meaty chicken bones, onion, carrot, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, black pepper), salt. Gluten-free, lactose-free, GMO-free.
Reductions, also known as demi-glace, are special stocks that are carefully reduced to create richly concentrated, thick bases ideal for preparing a wide variety of sauces.
Home Chef and Salsus beef and chicken reductions are made from fresh, natural ingredients. All ingredients are first roasted, then slowly simmered, and finally reduced by two-thirds. In addition to fresh meat and vegetables, their deep flavour is enhanced by a selection of herbs and spices such as rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, cloves and others.
Ideal for faster preparation of stews and sauces, adding the full, rounded flavour every dish deserves.
