This beautiful Persian salt features a distinctive bluish shimmer. Due to massive tectonic shifts and pressure over time, the salt takes on its colour from the mineral sylvite.

The salt is harvested from a former salt lake in Iran, where it is hand-collected and 100% natural.

This salt contains an exceptionally high potassium content.

Its flavour is initially intense, then quickly becomes mild. It pairs perfectly with seafood, meat and truffles. Thanks to its bluish shimmer, it also makes a stunning visual accent when used in an acrylic grinder.
